BMP Real Estate Disclosure

During real estate transactions, TRPA requires the BMP Status of property within the Tahoe Region to be disclosed. Prospective buyers are to read the Saving Lake Tahoe in Your Backyard brochure and complete and submit the TRPA Real Estate Disclosure Form.

To determine a property’s BMP status and print a copy of the BMP Certificate, search the BMP Database

The BMP Real Estate Disclosure Process may change as part of the Regional Plan Update. Be part of the process by reviewing and providing comment on the Draft Enhanced BMP Disclosure Form. Submit comments to Shay Navarro at snavarro@trpa.org or (775) 589 5282.
